FAQ

Q: Why would you build another sniper even though there are so many others out there?

A: This one really works, while the others I've tried do not. Other snipers are either too slow, or lack of important features such as SMS-Notification or multi-section monitoring.

Q: How to get an access code?

A: There will be some free access codes on homepage every week. If they are not available you can also purchase directly, one AC code is $5. Please email contact@sniper.dzz007.com (response in 5 hours)

An Access Code is Valid for one course only. However if a course is filled after you have been notified, you don't have to pay twice, just simply click on the reactivation link found in your email, the same sniper will be reactivated for free.

Q: What does preferred sections do? / What is multi-section monitoring?

A: Preferred sections must list all sections that you want to snipe, if any of your preferred sections opens up, we will send you a notification. By default, preferred sections are all sections. You can change your preferred sections by clicking the green Edit button on the screen.

Q: Sniper just received my request, what happens next?

A: Now half of your job is done! You should be able to find a confirmation email in your email inbox. Sniper will keep an eye out for your course/s. When one or more openings in your course appear, an email containing the course information with a registration link will be sent to your email address. A SMS message will also be sent to your phone (if you selected the I want SMS option when signing up)

If you couldn't find the confirmation email, maybe your email provider is blocking emails from us, to resolve that, contact us at contact@sniper.dzz007.com

Q: What if I missed sniper's notification? / Do I have to pay again if I missed the notification?

A: If a course is filled after you have been notified, you don't have to pay twice, just simply click on the reactivation link found in your email, the same sniper will be reactivated for free.

Q: Why we charge for this sniper?

A: We need to pay rent for places where our sniper soldiers live (servers).

Being a non-free sniper also puts a threshold to our customers amount. So that we can ensure you will have a much higher chance to get into the courses you want.

Q: My cellphone provider is not listed in here

A: Contact us by sending an email to contact@sniper.dzz007.com and we will see what we can do.

Q: Can I change the configuration of sniper after it is submitted?

A: No. Once you submitted a snipe request, you cannot change its configuration.
